Shipping information

Orders placed are normally shipped within 20 working days following the date of the order.

Delivery takes place within 24/48 working hours for express national shipments and from 4 to 9 working days for standard international shipments, shipping costs are calculated when ordering.

Some shipping methods offered are "traceable" and, therefore, can be constantly followed during the various stages of the shipment. You will have the possibility to choose the shipping method of your package directly on the purchase page.

Shipments within the EU can take over 7 working days. Shipping to non-EU countries can take over 2 weeks.
As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Tracking number which will provide you with details on the delivery situation.


Disclaimer:
1. The main objective is to ensure that the order reaches its destination as soon as possible. However, it is the customers and/or recipients who take responsibility, at the time of purchase, for the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).

2. We cannot accept any responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or the recipient, in terms of non-refundable transport costs and/or additional costs for the delivery of the goods or for their replacement.

3. In the event that you receive an incorrect, damaged or non-compliant item, please contact us by email within three days of receiving your order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.

4. In case you refuse an order, please contact us by email to let us know. The refund of the order will take place only after it has returned to our warehouse, once the integrity of the goods has been verified. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, equal to € 20.00 and the management costs incurred by us.

5. The Customer acknowledges that the collection of the Product is his precise obligation deriving from the purchase contract. In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified in the order form, after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will go "in storage" and will be returned to the sender. In the event of failure to collect the Product, the contract will be considered fulfilled starting from the date of the first unsuccessful or unsuccessful delivery attempt due to the recipient's absence. Consequently to what has been described above, the 14-day period within which it is possible to request the return and/or exchange of the product starts from the date of fulfillment of the contract, therefore from the date of the first unsuccessful or unsuccessful delivery attempt due to the recipient's absence.

In the event that the package should, due to non-collection, return to the sender in the company, at the request of the customer the package can be sent again to the customer upon payment by the same of the costs for the new shipment.

6. In the event of a return or exchange, the outward and return shipping costs will remain your responsibility. In the event of a return, only the amount of the goods will be refunded, net of the management costs incurred by us. Please do not return products without contacting us first.

7. It is not possible to assume any responsibility for any missing goods inside a package.


8. Refunds are possible, by the shipper, if the shipment is insured. Outbound and return shipping costs and import duty are non-refundable. The same goes for the costs incurred for the return and for the insurance of the item, unless otherwise agreed.

As already reported, the responsibility lies with the customer/recipient once the order is shipped.
